We had lovely dinner at Rosemary's Restaurant the other night. It has consistently been ranked the #1 restaurant in Las Vegas for years, which is a surprise to most tourists considering its humble location in a random strip mall way off the strip. Despite its off-the-radar location, Rosemary's has definitely cemented its place in the Vegas culinary circle, which is no small feat. So nice to see when a mom-and-pop business flourishes in this town.
It was both our first time dining here, and most certainly won't be our last. Actually, I feel a bit robbed that it took me this long to try it out! Their service was impeccable, but the food was even better.
Their famous Hugo's Texas BBQ Shrimp...A-mazing. I'm drooling just thinking about it.
