These were taken the day we got to LA. We got there before the observatory opened, which turned out to be a great idea because once they opened, the whole place was flooded with kids from different day camps.

I absolutely love the grounds here with the vast rolling hills and the foggy city in the distance. It almost makes you forget you're in LA...almost.

Currently listening to: The Dove Shack-"Summertime in the LBC" (no other song reminds me of summers in LA more than this one...thought it was fitting, I guess)
