Just some long overdue (that's an understatement!) pics from our trip to Austin back in October. That's right, October. I really need to move this blog over to wordpress. Hmm...perhaps this weekend. Ugh.
Ok, enough procrastination and more pics.... I loved Austin so.
P.S. That margarita above (prickly pear) was one of THE best I've ever had! From Zuni Grill in San Antonio.

sf/napa weekend
These were from the SF trip I went on last month to visit some friends. We went out to St. Helena, Napa, which was a lot farther than we'd anticipated. We only got to do one winery--Castello di Amorosa. They have a lovely replica of a medieval Italian castle, which was pretty impressive in terms of all the detail that went into everything.
It's funny how I never get tired of San Francisco. I guess the song is right...

I have been to New York City several times in my life, but for some strange reason, I've never ventured out into Brooklyn until this recent trip. I stayed in Park Slope with a good friend of mine from high school. It was great to just reminisce and spend a low-key weekend before hitting the frenzy that was Manhattan during NYC Fashion Week.

Congratulations to my friends Stef and Andrew on their first baby girl, Harper, who is due this fall. Can't wait to meet your little pumpkin!
It's ok, it was just some Starbucks tea! ;)

point dume
It was so nice to get away for my birthday this year. I love heading out to Malibu to just get away from it all. You definitely can't keep me from the beach for too long. Just looking at these photos are giving me withdrawals. One day...
